In 2009, Gustaf and Ted decided to start the agency that prioritised working with new and exciting tech, projects and great customers. They also had a vision to become the best workplace to go to and doing so by putting the team and people first. The new company would remain relatively small in order to promote close relationships and adaptiveness.
Today, we are 16 people helping companies succeed with digital investments. We do this by being experts in web technology, digital strategy, user experience and editorial work. Through our deep understanding of our field we transform customers' needs and ideas into concrete launches.

Your assignment
As a web developer at ted&gustaf, you will work in-house with projects of varying sizes. The most important thing is that we realise our customers business ideas together by creating innovative and long-term sustainable solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take great responsibility for our existing solutions and ensure that they continue to maintain a competitive level. You do this by working with further development and management and are responsible for streamlining and developing processes connected to the daily work.
CMS developer
As a CMS developer at ted&gustaf, you work closely with your team to realise our customers goals and vision by creatively eliminating technical barriers. We work with backend to fine-tuning in SASS/CSS. There are opportunities to contribute and develop along the full stack. As one of our developers you will:
- Write easy-to-read, testable and well-structured code
- Create an understanding of the customers’ needs together with your team members
- Work broadly with web development
- Contribute to the team and organisation through knowledge sharing and feedback
- Actively adopt new techniques and ways of working
Our tech stack varies depending on the client we work with, but it can typically include:
- ASP.NET/.NET Core/Node.js, C#
- JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+)/TypeScript/SASS/Webpack
- HTML5/CSS3/SASS

CMS
- Optimizely (Episerver)
- Sanity
Who you are
Most likely, you have a few years of experience in web development in Optimizely, Sanity or other CMSs and have a good understanding of both frontend and backend. You enjoy driving your own work and projects forward while understanding the importance of being responsive to customers and team members. You understand the importance of working efficiently and of constantly seeking new knowledge to find new creative solutions. You are used to working with various tasks and used to work in our tech stack.
